📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We proudly offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
How long will shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location:

Absolutely—we ship worldwide at no extra cost.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is processed and shipped, tracking information will be uploaded as soon as possible to your account and email.

🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Some items (e.g., hygiene-related, personalized, or heavily discounted items) may not be eligible for return.
How do I request a return?

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Who covers the return shipping cost?
In most cases, customers cover the return shipping cost unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, the order may already be processing.
